Burger Ranch - West Pasco

Just wanted to give shoutout to I think her name is Lydia who helped us in the drive thru today. We ordered 3 kids meals for my crazy kids in the back seat. She was so patient and friendly. All our daughters kept saying how nice she was. She went over the top that I felt called to give a 5-star review to them.

Food was good. Every time we go to eat, the employees don't smile or greet. It's like they don't like their job. Always straight faced. It was very cold in the restaurant and when we left I thanked the employees and they did not say a word back.

Delicious old school burger place with delicious food. Gotta get pickle fries! Also some of the best onion rings in Tri-Cities.

You ever heard of the show Bob 's Burgers welp, this place really reminds me of such. Not by Bob or is family 's antics but rather the food. It 's a good burger. They have a lot on the menu option but I usually stuck with a double bacon with tots. Don 't get me wrong here, this isn 't a life changing burger (might effect your cholesterol if you eat too much), but for a quick lunch this will do. Service can be spotty, mostly teens or young adults who work here, but I 've had most good experience 's. The place would benefit from a revamp in atmosphere, but I guess that doesn 't effect you much if you order via the drive-through.

Kinda small burgers. But for what it’s worth. They tasted good.Service mid day is slow.
