Subway Sandwiches Salads - West Plains

Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 2 sandwiches 1 steak and 1 chicken bacon ranch. The steak did not have half of what I ordered and it tasted like they just dump the salt and pepper on it. Checked bacon ranch was not toasted and had plenty ofsalt and pepper on it. Closed now will go back tomorrow for a full refund.

I do not recommend the drive thru to anyone. This is the 2nd time this week my order has been messed up. Missing ingredients I requested, half the size of the normal salad was given, or missing food in general. Shame. Only giving one star so I can leave acomment.

Food was great, everything looked fresh, everything seemed very clean.

It is a treat to have the vegetable selection and full menu of sandwich options. The smashed avocado makes everything one thousand times more delicious without a doubt. We have always received good customer service when going in to order. Tried thedrive thru twice, orders were not correct so we opt to go inside.

Employees are always friendly and food is done right and yummy! Thank you ????
