Taco Bell - West Plains

"I typically visit this restaurant, and the service is decent. They did get my order wrong once, but overall, it's not a bad place. However, tonight, my boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru. We had two separate orders, but he had to cancel his because he forgot his wallet. We managed to cancel it quickly. I then decided to add a couple of his tacos to my order while I was thinking if there was anything else we wanted or needed. I apologize for taking a moment to decide, but during that time, someone interrupted and asked, 'Is there...'"

Honestly, every time my roommate and I visit this Taco Bell, they really mess up our order. We've started to actively avoid this location. They gave us the wrong order and applied so much sriracha sauce to the wraps that the tortilla sticks to the paper, making it impossible to eat without pulling some of the paper up along with it. My roommate used to laugh at how poorly Taco Bell could be in her big city until she experienced this place. Now she has a newfound appreciation for her original location. Lol!

If it were just one issue, I could overlook it. Unfortunately, everything about our order was wrong. I asked for light lettuce and no tomatoes, but I got a taco that was loaded with tomatoes and filled with lettuce. They were also out of the drinks my brother and niece wanted. My mother’s bowl was made incorrectly as well. Instead of the nacho fries we ordered, they gave us nacho chips without informing us, even though 'fries' is literally in the name of what we ordered. The place was completely empty, too.

It was the taco bell you expect, but they were actually fast! Had a pretty large order and the wait wasn't bad. Would definitely recommend this location.

Very pleasant location and clean. On the small side but it's OK. They have the screen order stile, have 5 or so I think. Seems like a basic but nice Taco Bell. ???? Our order took no time at all, there was 7 of us there, with all separate orders and were ready in no time.
