I went through the drive through at 22:45 and ordered a twelve pack of soft tacos. When I got home there was basically nothing on the tacos and yet this cost me $22. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and the response I got was “UH…..”
I work for this taco bell. I'm truly sorry if any of our employees was being unprofessional. Anybody who works fast food will tell you there is always a few bad apples. Our bosses are aware of the issues and are doing their best to take action. We apologize for any of our customers that had bad experiences. Rome was not built in a day.... Hang in there we are doing our best to take care of the issues.
I always make a point to go to this store when I am in town. I do not like how I was treated in the drive thru. When I went in to tell them my order was not all there they made me feel as if I was lying! Very disappointed my last visit!
Second assistant and we serve out of date food and stale shells meat last only 4 hours and we serve it till it is gone no matter how long people has got staph infection from it and sick can't tell you how many phone calls about diarrhea I have had as a manger and this is orders from the store manger casi Wilkins that will let anything go to get a bonus every three months
