7-eleven - West Point

I was really impressed by the store's cleanliness and the friendly staff who were eager to assist. The convenient layout and well-kept environment made my visit quite pleasant. It's a fantastic place for quick and stress-free shopping, and getting gas is super easy too.

The restaurant is very unclean. I often find myself trying to avoid going there because it is consistently dirty, both inside and outside.

I really enjoy the Organic Strawberry Lemonade from 7-11. The staff is very friendly as well!

The manager whose name is Stephen is horrible and I never leave bad reviews or reviews at all but after several unpleasant experiences I feel obligated. Hygiene is very important for grown men and the manager always smells like BO he is very disrespectful and tries to accuse people of stealing drinks when they are just topping their refillable cup off. He also always talks down to his employees and that's probably the reason nobody stays there but him aND I've also seen him have a woman in there working for coffee which is just wrong and against the law I'm sure to have someone who isn't an employee working for coffee. Absolutely horrible experience since he's been there and continues to get worse and I know several people who don't go there anymore because of him.

The manager, Stephen, has poor hygiene and consistently has an unpleasant odor; it seems he may not use deodorant. Additionally, he often asks me for spare change. On one occasion, I gave him a dollar, and I saw him go behind the store, where I suspect he was using drugs. He then became paranoid, accusing others of stealing when they requested refills. I cannot recommend this place; the management is truly disappointing.
