Mcdonald's - West Point

Rude general manager. Did not want to wait on us. Waited 10 min while employees ignored us. Drink machine didn't work dining room is nasty. Avoid this place.

5 November 2023 501 AM. Sign on the door says they open at 5 AM. Walked in the lobby, menus lit up, no food available. Clearly a management issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive through worker eating ice cream while giving people their food and very rude.

Waited for over 20 min in the drive thru and it never moved ...went to Hardee's across the street got some food and same cars were still in line. Worst EVER. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

I experienced racism at my time there. A employee name Issca referred to as a slave. I said something to Chais, the manager, but he didn't do anything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
