Feedback gevenDefinitely a favourite cafe of mine. The coffee and food are both delicious, and the staff are very friendly. My only suggestion of improvement would be to get some IKEA-style high chairs because the current wooden ones are not very safe. But overall, I highly recommend this place!

As a local, I'm delighted that we have a cafe of this calibre in the area. The decor, food and coffee is consistently of a high standard and the staff are alway friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend checking Once upon a Time out if you haven't already! My one recommendation would be improved lighting downstairs-just a tad gloomy-but love the garden bit out the back.
The environment is great, people are friendly and professional, food is good with imaginative presentation. I really enjoy it
