Arby's - West Seneca

Not as good as it used to be. Food was kind of gross. Slow service.

The girl that took our order through the drive thru kept saying, large? for everything that we ordered. We said just regular and she said do you want the beef n cheddar small medium or large? Since when do you choose the size of the sandwich that comes in a meal?! Didnt make sense and it ended up costing us $55 for 3 of us to eat. So I 'm guessing we got the Large no matter what we said. Not very impressed. However, the nice man working the drive thru window was great, asked how we were doing, told us as he gave us our items what they were and asked if we wanted any sauce. Very nice guy, Jeremy perhaps.

Why arent you offering french dip or shakes on sale like every other location...

Ok place food hot and to order staff nice and didn't take to long to get.

Everything was good but one thing my girlfriend ordered a mocha shake instead she got chocolate shake
