Tim Hortons - West Seneca

I see a lot of poor reviews. I think it's just a timing thing. The staff were kind and helpful when we were there. Our food was fine.

My morning stop. The employees are always friendly. My order is always correct. The drive thru goes quickly. Great job.

Every time I go there they are open, but no one takes the order, it is only quiet there in the load it opens at six it is a constant with them their customer service is poor

The third time this month the coffee was double brewed. I paid $3 for a cup of coffee and creamer. Just go over the street and get a red bull. the employees at this location cannot change a coffee filter. Come on.
