Feedback gevenI would give this location a double zero rating if I could. The store manager and most of the girls that work there are some of the rudest people I have encountered. I started going to this location less and less over the years, my order is messed up every time. Today my husband stopped and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, when he got home there were 3 cream cheese raisin bagels in the bag. He drove 10 min back to get the sandwiches. I work within walking distance of this location and I will not go there, neither will my co-workers. Most of the employees are ridiculously incompetent thats it's almost laughable.
To whom this concerns , I shop Tim Horton s daily I get 2 coffees a day and a bagel 7 days a week and this is the second time that this has happen by the same girl that?s was working the window in the drive thru she tries to be so fast that she doesn?t scan my phone she just grabs the money and closes the window as I proceed to knock on the window and she ignores and then tells me that it?s too late to scan she?s a very nasty little girl that works that window very rude today?s date is Sunday, August 14 it was roughly 8:30 in the morning I spend enough money wasting it at your establishment to be treated that way I know it sounds trivia but in these times I?d like to add my points up and get a free coffee once in a while .
Everytime I go to this location I pay for extra cream cheese on my bagels are barely get a normal amount on it. The employees have all been young kids who clearly don't put any care into their work. Any other Tim's I go to is perfectly fine. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes then to this location. I'm done paying for mediocre service.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I understand you have a certain amount of minutes to process each order but don?t you think customer service should be your main priority?? Why argue with someone for 5 minutes and telling them they need to come inside or wait in the drivethru again. Those 5 minutes you wasted you could?ve just added on the gift cars. DISGUSTED WITH HOW IT WAS HANDLED. Avoid this location at all costs! It?s not worth going to!!!
Waited 10 minutes in the dining room without any service or anyone even acknowledging my presence. After listening to the employees swear and complain about customers and another employee who failed to show, I along with some other customers just left.
