Andrews Fish And Chips - West Somerset

The customer service was practically non-existent and quite miserable. The fish and chips were mediocre at best. I will not be coming back and will stick to my usual spot on Minehead seafront.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff always seem unhappy. One of the women is constantly coughing without wearing gloves. The poorly served sausage I received really sums it all up. I can't believe they think it's acceptable to serve this to customers.

The service at this restaurant was very friendly and efficient. Our order of sausage and chips came out quickly, was hot and delicious. We would definitely go back again.

After reading the poor reviews, I thought why not try it anyway, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised, the curry sauce tasted like curry sauce as wasn't water down, the fish was cooked well and tasted great, and the chips we're fine, would visit again.

We had a very busy day so decided to treat ourselves to takeaway fish and chips, but unfortunately our favourite place, The Harbour Chippy in Market Street, was closed so we thought we'd try what used to be Andrew's in Liddymore Road. What a mistake! Really expensive £10 for a tiny piece of cod and chips. And the chips were so anaemic and undercooked n ot even the seagulls wanted them! Never going there again.
