They never have what you want they always screw up your order but the food is good it is

Every time I go to this KFC they never have what you want an they always forget to put something in the bag then won't answer the phone when you try to call to make a complaint

Great food, but the atmosphere has drastically gone down hill over the years. Just like McDonald's, stop changing what made you famous

Today I placed an order for 2 combos of the new chizzas and a 5 piece tender meal on their app. Paid almost $40. Go inside and wait for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me. Finally some blonde teenager came up and asked what I had so I told him and he was like so this is really funny, it’s a funny thing. We don’t have the stuff to make the chizzas and we don’t have stuff to make chicken tenders. Um what? No phone call or anything to let me know. So I asked so how do I get my money back because I paid almost $40 for this stuff. Said teenager got another worker just to tell me we don’t do refunds you have to dispute it online. I called corporate and had to get a refund issued and also told them about the service. Ridiculous, clearly I wouldn’t find no food that I paid for or the fact that I had to contact customer support to get my money back very funny.

Will never eat here again! Employee said I was rude because I asked for condiments and for them to dilute my iced tea! Unbelievable! Yet when I go to eat my food, there were no napkins and no fork to eat Mac and cheese. More condiments than I needed included, yet I wasn’t supposed to ask for any! Not worth hassle to get something to eat!
