Baskin-robbins - West Valley City

Baskin Robbins is a delightful experience, and their new ice cream Creature Creations are both adorable and tasty. Currently, they are showcasing a sea turtle, shark, and dolphin, which adds to the fun. Additionally, the staff is consistently friendly, and the service remains quick, even during busy times.

The ice cream is very good. everything was delicious. The problem is the people who serve. They are grabbing money and then they go and grab what they are going to serve. I asked the person who was assisting me if she could please put gloves on because she was going to grab my cone with his hands after grabbing money but she told me they didn't have gloves. This is an observation. She was very kind and as I mentioned before the ice cream was delicious. But it is necessary to educate staff on how to handle food.

During my first visit, I had just had a big argument with my husband, and we both needed to cool off, so we treated ourselves to some Baskin Robbins ice cream. Not only do they satisfy your sweet cravings and help you beat the summer heat, but they might also double as relationship counselors—just kidding! The products are great, and the service is excellent. Just a tip: skip the bubble gum flavor!

Stopped in and had a Strawberry Cheesecake single scoop in a shark creature cup. Cute yummy!! The staff were very fast and friendly.

Don't get me wrong I love the ice cream But, I order from here alot. So far the last 4 times I have ordered 2 of the same orders of triplescoops. I only end up getting one. One time ok a mistake but every time now the past 2 months ridiculous. Feel like at this point I'm waisting my money paying double the price for only one to show up. Never ordering here again. Poor quality control.
