Porki's Carnitas - West Valley City

Hidden gem. Very helpful staff. Looked like family owned due to high attention given. Super authentic and good food!

The food was terrible and tasteless. My order was wrong and arrived very late, after everyone else had finished eating. I was surprised to receive a bland enchilada instead of what I thought I had ordered. The service was difficult due to the limited English spoken by the staff, so I didn't bother to complain. To top it off, the bill was higher than expected, so I just paid it and left a tip. Overall, a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is amazing at any time of day. The food is excellent and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend it.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Amazing service from Pedro and the kitchen staff and everything was so good. Especially the carnitas. They made a tiny mistake on my order but they surprised me with sopapillas for dessert to make up for it ???I would definitely come here with my friends if we are looking for something to eat around 9pm. Hard close at 10, sounds like.
