5 stars for the amazing attentive service. The waitress was one of the best waitresses I ever had. We had children at this visit and one was a little restless. She brought us Pommes super fast and when we ordered, she gave water with a cap for the children. The prices of burgers are very fair and affordable. The food quality is on the same side as McDonald?s or Warrens, but the price was on par. The burgers were definitely Cisco. But the broccoli was forced and damped. I really liked that because then I was able to add the frige sauce or the seasoned salt. The pommes were delicious. I also love the groundless sides. That's a great idea.

Food was good, this trip was not very attentive to us. When we sat down and ordered drinks, they stated that all soda machines were down, but alcoholic drinks can order mixed drinks and water.

My father works here as a chef, and he might not know about this issue. Red Robin in Sandy has the same concerning sauces! He brought home a burger yesterday, but I didn’t eat it because I’ve had bad experiences at two different Red Robins before. After unpacking it and letting it cool, I examined the burger sauce closely. When I rubbed my finger over the cooled sauce, it had a texture similar to glue, and it smelled distinctly like glue as well!

This is a great place to eat with a solid menu, which my family particularly enjoys. We've had positive experiences during our last three visits. The fries and fry sauce are delicious, and they offer a nice variety of appetizers. The only downside is the prices, which I find a bit high for what you receive.

Where do I even start? First, we were told we'd receive silverware after it was washed, which I suppose is better than using dirty forks. Eventually, my lackluster hamburger arrived, featuring a stale bun, a slice of processed American cheese, undercooked bacon, and a dry patty. To top it off, our appetizer—mozzarella cheese sticks—was served alongside the meal and had clearly hardened over time. The grilled chicken on the Cobb salad was passable but served cold. And thanks for the tiny piece of avocado. I definitely won’t be returning. I appreciate the manager who offered a discount, but seriously, a discount? I ended up warning half a dozen people who walked in to leave while they still had the chance.
