Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Eating is good, but the service is terrible. they are slow, always forget extras like serviettes, sose, fork, etc. and when they ask for something they have forgotten, they are snippy and rude.

A fine establishment. A restaurant to be crowned among all others. I’ve visited here maybe 100 times and can only think of once where the food was below top notch incredible. I purposely drive out from tooele to eat here because this Zaxby’s beats the Tooele one by thousands of light years and you can tell they make each meal as if they were gonna eat it themselves.

Pulled up to the window at 9:02 to order wings and they shared that they “run out of wings at 9” boneless, traditional, all of the above. Generally good service at this one but this was too on the nose of being out of all wings sounding an awful lot like they didn’t want to cook them. Inconsistent.

Love Zaxby's! I enjoyed the grilled chicken salad with all the wonderful fixings..... delicious! I highly recommend Zaxby's for your lunch and dinner!

Looks like lots of reviews are saying similar things. When this Zaxbys opened they were on point. My family came on a weekly basis. My wife recommended them to everyone! Over the years the quality has gone down. Asking for extra crispy fries with extra seasoning is too much to ask. They can’t get it right and get moody when you go into the store to ask them to do it right. I get it, working in fast food is hard and people are mean, but take care of your loyal customers or you won’t have any left.
