Freshii - West Van Canada

One of my worst experiences ever. This was my second time getting food from Freshii and it would be the last time. I was shopping around in Park Royal yesterday and I thought of getting a healthy bowl. I got the Pokii Bowl from Freshii. It was literally a bowl of uncooked rice, a piece of dry three days-old chicken, two slices of cucumber and two cubes of pineapple. It tasted so bad that I threw the whole bowl out. Honestly I have never had such bad experience. Save your time, money and your GI tract health and go somewhere else.

Service is awful here. Girls are sooo slow. They seem to be hiding in the back to avoid customers. They made me pay cash because they rushed the machine. Awful. Never coming back here.

It was my one of the best experience at this location. The food was fresh,tasty and staff was also very humble.I was confused with what I could eat but they gave me recommendations and it was so good.

Of all of the Freshii locations this place is the worst. Service is so bad. I swear they are doing it on purpose. Not a great look for your brand. Your staff could pretend to care. Hahaha
