Lao Cai Chinese Cuisine Lǎo Cài Shí Fǔ

The food here is incredible! Their noodles are hand-pulled and their dumplings are 100% handmade. We ordered 3 dishes between the 2 of us. I highly recommend the spicy cumin lamb noodle. The dish was bursting with flavour and the noodles were thick and chewy. Sour duck noodle soup is good if you want a lighter and cleaner broth. Shrimp chive pork dumplings were delicious pan-fried.

Have been here with the family and we were lucky to get a table on a Saturday, because there are a lot of reservations and many people have been waiting later in front of the restaurant to get a table. Why I am writing this, because it is really worth it. I never been to china but this food was great. Fresh noodles and wonton with tasty herbes and spicy ingredients.Also not too expensive. Main dishes between 17$ to 20$. Also the raw food with the cooker on the table looked good.Also to highly recommend are the slush drinks fresh and tasty!!!Service very welcoming and supportive!Well done and definitely try it!CheersMarc

Just incredible food, the dumplings are made with home made dough with great flavour and chew..the hand pulled noodles are delicious and have a wonderful texture. The lamb cumin noodle topping is to die for.Fantastic restaurant!

Delicious food and great service!It was very busy for only 2 servers, but the young guy’s service was great. Food were delicious!We’ll be coming back for sure

They have a slightly limited menus but everything was done very well. The food was flavorful!
