Caffe Artigiano - West Vancouver

Disappointing experience! I paid $6 for a latte and ended up with this! There was only one person working this morning, and he clearly wasn't trained to make a proper latte. This place is a mess.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were hosting a guest from overseas, and it was quite embarrassing. The place was unclean, and I struggled to find a clean glass for water. Everything seemed dirty, and there was no water available. The honey store was particularly upsetting, leaving my hands sticky. There were no straws provided, which made things even worse. To top it off, there was no one in charge who took responsibility or even offered an apology. They served our drinks in paper and plastic cups when we really wanted to dine in properly. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

Charming little coffee shop located in the Royal Park Shopping Mall. I really enjoyed all the parasols! The coffee was quite good, and the staff were friendly.

Don't buy pastries here! There were several BUGS that were on the pastries for ads and sales while we were there. Overall, this place was super dirty. I had to return my espresso because the cup looked like he was used. I do not recommend, and I think this place needs a food safety check through the city.

Coffee is decent. We ordered two lattes and one with oak milk but when they were served, it was not specified which is which. It felt like we were atMcDonalds. The girl who took the order can only follow what the machine asked, not what we specified. I almost offered her a coffee too!
