Arby's - West Virginia

I have worked here for 6—7 months, and I know we can do better. We try our best but we are only human. Tonight I worked a full 6 hours with only one manager and one other crew member. I know that part of my team loves to help people and we do our best! We do our best to help our customers and make sure they get EXACTLY what they want. We always try to inform them when we are unable to make something happen. Sincerely, A westover arbys employee.

The lady who waited on me was very nice and very good customer service 5 and very nice and clean and the food is very good I recommend this Arby's to anyone that wants very good customer service and very good food

I avoided Arby's for quite some time because every time I went, there were issues. Honestly, it wasn't my choice, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our order was correct and everyone was friendly enough.

Facility always clean, food yummy, and staff friendly. I love the Reubens and of course Roast Beef sandwiches! They have the Meats for sure!

SO CLEAN!!!!! Delicious, too. Corporate should be proud.
