The young lady was very professional treated my son very nicely he special needs so he has hard time to choose what auction he wants she was patient and caring offered him to try things first before he would make his decision this was our first visit definitely going to come back for more ice cream thank you

Slow and was rude older last they're b4mgmt change few months back.

Ridiculous. My son went in for a milkshake and it took them THIRTY MINUTES to make it! How does it take 30 minutes for a milkshake?! We will never visit this establishment again.

Always sweet. Often slow with service but CO-VID doesn't help.

Very disappointed in the selection of ice cream. I hated to have to turn around and leave because my son knows he has to watch his sugar intake. I was pretty certain that a chain as large as Baskin Robbins would have a low/no sugar ice cream available to us that cannot have a lot of sugar. Extrememely disappointed in this place today. I really hope that in the future they have low/no sugar as an alternative so we may return..... but thank goodness Weis has a great no sugar ice cream selection. … – show
