Speedy service for a busy Saturday morning. Accurate order, even as I added a drink to my order. Thank you.

I was at the drive thru behind another customer waiting over 10 minutes when I realized no one even took his order yet. After another 8 minutes I can finally hear the employee take his order. Once I pulled up I also sat at the box for an additional 10 minutes and still no one asked for my order. I was waiting a total of 28 minutes and decided to get out of line and just park in front and go inside. Only Vehicle in line. Only Ordered 2 items: egg and cheese wrap and coffee. Coffee didn’t have sugar at all. The old Lady at the window thought she was done when she gave me my coffee, almost Forgot My other item Until I reminded her. This Dunkin has been opened almost 1 year and every Time we Come Something is always wrong!

Very nice staff and even though there wasn't a lot of employees there — for the busy morning rush — they still smiled and didn't show their frustration.

Dunkin is a good place, but sometimes the customer service lacks and they don't always listen carefully when placing an order so I've had several bad experiences. I have paid for bacon to be added and drive off and wind up having to come back to have it remade. Also sometimes my food isn't hot as it should be after waiting awhile in the Drive thru line.
