We had the pleasure to work with Chef Maria to cater our wedding this past weekend. Our experience with Gypsy Soul Mobile Café was nothing but the best. Not only was the food fantastic but the staff was also incredible. Everyone was so polite, personable and had such a great attitude. We went with breakfast food for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was really good everyone loved it. Maria is amazing! The setup looked wonderful and dinner was served right on time. I Definitely reccomend her for any event. Thanks Maria for the great service and great food.

Gypsy Soul catered our sons reception. Maria was great, and worked with our mostly vegatarian menu. Even the infused water was delicious. Maria came out a head of time to look at the property and how everything would be organized. Horderves were wonderful.

We hired Chef Maria to cater our wedding and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing and presentation as well. Staff was very professional. We plan on using again in the future and highly recommend as well.

Truly, a great experience. Prompt answers to all my questions. An excellent menu to choose from. And the food, let me tell you that everyone was very happy. My wife is raving even today about how fresh and flavorful the meal was. I will absolutely contact Gypsy Soul again.
