Panera Bread - West Virginia

I was shocked. I had such a huge portion on my chicken sandwich!

No matter what locations I've visited throughout the country it was still the same. Clean, great, same tasting food, fast and friendly service

Food is always great and the atmosphere is pleasant. Service quality seems to vary between staff, some are super nice and friendly others are rude and offputting.

Very disappointed. Went for my son's second birthday and he didn't want his Mac n cheese because it was cold, not room temp, cold. They didnt have the first 2 things on the menu I tried to order. Strange right? Settled for a Caesar salad. It was ok, it's kind of hard to mess that up. I wish the experience would've been better and that I could give a 5 star review, but that simply isn't true.

Always out of stock of many bread/baked items. Ironic when “bread” is in the name. Self-serve order kiosks don’t work correctly half the time and prompts you to add promotional items that are sold out. Bad experience.
