Steak Escape - West Virginia

They don't deserve a single star, the cashier was rude and waited 15 minutes before taking our order, not one was wearing hair nets or hats, the deep frier looked horrible, they had cold ham sitting by a hot grill, and the Philly steak was a joke 3 small pieces of steakums that didn't come close to covering the bun.

New owner/management has that place running like a well oiled machine. Even short staffed today I barely waited longer than I normally would. Staff was friendly and very competent. The ladies working the grill were awesome, synchronized, and communicated professionally. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Ordered Philly cheese sub and said only cheese and meat on half.. they put onions. It was good tho. For 13 bucks for the large… the sub was small compared to subway and no choices of bread. Next time I'll go to subway cause I left hungry.

The place has just went down hill and they are slow and there prices are to high and they wont even ask if you want your order in a meal. And they hygiene of the employees are questionable. Like I say the place has went down hill.

Food was over cooked and freids tasted freezer burnt
