Domino's Pizza - West Warwick

I used to think Domino's was quite decent. It was affordable, and you typically got what you paid for. However, I ordered from this specific location at 6 PM on a Monday, and it took about 55 minutes for one pizza to arrive. The price was excessive, and I noticed the driver sitting in a parking lot for around 15 minutes with my food in the car. When it finally arrived, the pizza wasn't even cut; we had to tear it apart by hand, and it was terrible. It tasted like cardboard with cheap cheese on top—absolutely disgusting. This was the worst pizza I've ever had, and it cost me $45. I wouldn't eat it again even if I was starving. This was the worst Domino's experience ever.

I placed an order and called to confirm that my large pizza would have cheese and pepperoni on one half, while the other half would be just sauce. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what I received. One half had cheese, but the other half was covered in sauce and pepperoni. I'm really not happy with this.

I live in Coventry and this Domino’s location is the closest to me. I usually order from them when I have a chocolate craving because I love their lava cakes. I typically order three of them. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed again to find that my lava cake brownies were burnt. They were so charred on the bottom that I couldn’t eat them. I’m so sad and disappointed with this location once more. I spent $60 just to satisfy my chocolate cravings, only to end up throwing the burnt treats in the trash. I’m heartbroken, and my wallet feels the pain too. What a disappointing waste.

Bad employees kill the customer base! My pizza was raw in the center, unmelted cheese, and un cooked dough. The crust was burnt. Poor management has let this store become trash.

Save your money and order from anywhere but here. I ordered a pizza with some Parm bread bites. Pizza was Alfredo, with green peppers. Parm bites, with garlic butter sauce. Well, 40 minutes after ordering I got a notification from the App saying ?we hopeyou?re enjoying your meal? however, I never received ff. 15 minutes go by, still no food? so I call the store they deliveredmy food to the wrong house? the manager says ?do you want us to remake it and bring it to you???.. duh. So they remake it another 40 minutes later it?s finally delivered? the pizza is RAW! And the sauce is all over the box, and primarily forming inthe center of the pizza where the dough was raw and barely lifted? not to mention the garlic butter cup they charge extra moneyfor did not arrive? I called the manager back, and expressed my anger, he refunded me my money (thank you) but I will NEVERorder from this location ever again. What a nightmare.
