Most of the five-star ratings and positive reviews are left by d*sp*s*bl* accounts that exist only to adv*rt*s* this filthy business. Please do not be f**led! The young waiters are helpful and efficient. However, the old male boss does not serve customers but h*r*ss*s those who eat a lot and who are polite. Interestingly, the old female boss fr*wns her ey*br*ws at those same people but still chooses to follow the rules. This restaurant is for brave people only... the braver, the better! Make sure that you record your entry time. During the 90 minutes you have bought, behave cocky, stare back – with a hint of anger – at the bosses who silently 'tell ' you to leave instead of enjoying the buffet. They will chicken out! There are many vacant tables while I dined there with my girlfriend, so it was non-sensical for them to try to exp*l customers unless they expected to succeed during the first 30 minutes – people typically eat about 80% of all they can consume during that period. The extractor fans are half-broken and are held in place using toothpicks instead of screws! They are so weakly-powered that the air there is much smokier and greasier than most other Korean BBQ restaurants.

A lot of the meat was frozen causing the grills to lose all heat when cooking. There is no air con in the restaurant, we went on a 30+ degree night and a combo of the weather and the grills made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Got yelled at today because I took a few plates to my table, ended up noticing some of the food was not to my standard (I'm a qualified chef too) and just didn't want to eat it. Waitress came up to me at the end of the meal and had to show a sign which was half covered that said there's a $15 charge for food being left. If you're an all you can eat buffet you need to account for that food wastage and figured it would have been somehwat included in the $200 I spent for 2 of us. Never going here again, it was way over priced and not to my liking.
