N Ranch - West Yellowstone

Beautiful cabins with burning fireplaces. Great staff, fine food and incredible views. We loved our stay and would certainly go back. Close to YSNP and the beautiful small town of West Yellowstone, which also has several good restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.

My husband and I came here after I was married on a mini-moon to stay in a cabin. We communicated with the staff before booking and were super courtesy and helpful. I can't say enough about how incredibly peaceful our cabin was on the pond. Who doesn't love a fireplace? There is a small hiking trail off the pond that was so quiet and only the best way to start the morning. We also ate in the restaurant and the dishes and drinks were delicious. The proximity to the west entrance of the park is also excellent, about a 10-minute drive. We will come back and stay here!

We ate here because it was the only place near Under Canvas, but I wish we had other options. The service was terrible. The host and several employees went past us several times and did not even realize that we were standing there for more than 5 minutes. I'll wait if they at least acknowledge you. Tap selection for beer was okay, not great. The food was delicious. Something overpriced for what you get.

We had a wonderful time in Bar n Ranch. The location is fantastic. 8 minutes drive from downtown West Yellowstone and the entrance to the park. We were in a 4-room cabin and were greeted with flowers, snacks and champagne. Everything was clean, comfortable with fantastic views. Rooms and decor were great and just as they appear on the website. The restaurant is phenomenal. Will definitely recommend. The s'mores by the fire every night by Under Canvas was a very nice touch. One of the family members stayed one night with Under Canvas and had a wonderful camping experience. A fantastic stay in Montana. Thank you.

The general manager Eric is absolutely awesome! A friendly and welcoming environment to eat in. Food is great! I had breakfast and for dinner I had the trout. The crisp skin and season was perfect. Eric is so nice that he gave me a little bowl of the seasoning to bring home on my fish!! This is a must if you?re staying at Under Canvas or close to the west entrance. Open to the public.
