Feedback gevenRoom was clean.Staff friendly enough.Half the outlets didn't work for phone chargers etc.The wifi was awful kicking out constantly.Breakfast buffet is identical to every other hilton continental, only they charge you $10-13 for it, only someone will deliver your juice, so you'll be tipping too.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast especially the pancakes (at least when they don’t try to put cinnamon in them). Only minor issues they only gave me one cookie at checkin, most doubletrees give me two, and the food and beverage credit doesn’t cover the whole cost of the breakfast. But it still covers most of it so I’m only paying a couple dollars. Oh well. Good hotel, not super fancy but good for what you’re paying for it.
Overall just a very dated and tired hotel. My room was cramped, the bathroom tiny, no mini fridge, the AC unit was loud and kept me up all night. I was placed on the first floor and the room #156) had a musty smell. The only good thing about the room was the shower pressure was good and hot.For $250/ night, I would have expected much better. And as a Hilton Diamond member, this property is not the quality level of Doubletrees I am used to. And when I checked in today at 1:30 pm, the woman at the front desk did not offer me any water or cookies. Overall disappointed.
Great place for Woo-ites to hide for a long weekend. Good, clean rooms and responsive customer service. Everyone knows that Westborough is the Shangri-la of central Massachusetts yet I've never had trouble getting a room on short notice. Also, no smoking floor.Rooms: 4/5
Terrible experience. The air conditioning system in our room was so loud and clunking you could hear it out in the hallway. We collapsed into bed the night we arrived, but the air system noises carried on all night and kept waking us up. The front desk sent a maintenance person who actually remarked that he didn't know why they kept putting guests in that room because he couldn't fix the system. After waiting a few hours for a different room to be cleaned and hauling all of our stuff, I collapsed into bed again. I asked for a late check-out the next day so I could catch up on sleep. The two people I asked said I just need to let them know at the front desk in the morning. In the morning, the person at the front desk at first said no, they never do that, and then that she would ask her manager. No dice. What a run-around. Never again, too many choices. The customer service is just terrible.
