Pho &thai Westborough

To start, this is a Thai, not Vietnamese place. So we thought it would be safer to order the Thai options. But we were sadly disappointed. It was obvious while ordering that they catered to americanized thai food. Even the condiments were lacking. I had hoped that a basic like pad thai would be sage but it was pretty tasteless, requiring me to dock it up with extra citrus and fish sauce and dried chili. It barely had cooked bean sprouts and had no fresh side of sprouts. It was still pretty mezzo. My husband got the spicy yellow noodle soup, which was not particularly spicy. Broth was plain but they were generous with the shrimp though. The ambience was fine and place was clean. Service was very nice and friendly. Too bad food was not great. Would definitely not come here if you want authentic thai food.

I’m really surprised by all the positive reviews; this was the worst pho I’ve ever had. We got takeout, and the broth in the containers was clear. It was literally just salt water (very salty! with no flavor whatsoever. The rolls we got were good, but we will definitely not go back again.

Great pho. That's all I had; can't say anything about anything else. Menu, kitchen, and other people's food all looked good. I'll definitely go back.

Great good. Highly recommend. Friendly staff.I probably go there 3 times a month. Never disappointed.Thai coffee is ??. Prices are fair.

Soups are delicious and fresh tasting. Staff is very nice and always refilling waters. Take out is great too.
