Chick-fil-a - Westbury

Food is fine, its chic fil a, but their accuracy with orders, and then fixing it when they screw up is near impossible. They left multiple items out of a lunch order for my wife and I, we called the store to get the items refunded and they sent me to a different customer service line that told me they would investigate and get back to me, four days later they called me and said it was impossible that it had happened that way because the location didn't have a drive through, they had referred the issue to the wrong restaurant. When I corrected them they said they couldn't do anything about it and to call the original store. All this to steal $6 from us.Went ahead and filed a chargeback on the credit card because that's apparently how it needs to happen and will not be patronizing their chain ever again.

Took my daughter shopping, we had to wait for the stores to open, so we hit up Chik-fil-A. The breakfast chicken sandwiches are always good. Chik-fil-A is always a good

I can't believe how effortless and quick the drive thru experience was at this location. I was very impressed. The order was correct, the staff were very friendly, and the food was hot and delicious!

I never understand why the lines are so lonnnnng. I had the chicken sandwich and ice tea, which was good but not worth waiting on those lonnnnnng lines. Lots of tables to eat in, the owner was quite impressive, he was cleaning tables, making orders etc next to his employees. Two of us ate for less than twenty dollars. It's your average take out fast food restaurant.

At the 5-Towns location, they are a bit slower to prepare your order however still have the same great Chik-Fil-A
