Disappointing Ripoff!! Prawn Tempura is actually shrimp tempura and the carpaccio is a joke…3 small tiny pieces of carpaccio…daylight robbery… we’ve paid less for these dishes in Europe than here

On arrival with a party of 4 we were turned away by a trainee front desk person stating they were full. Fortunatly another staff member intervened and we were offered a number of tables to choose from. Our waitron, Alan, intoduced himself. Very polite and efficient. Our drinks arrived and Hansa beer was room temp. Three of our parties food was delivered efficiently but a steak was served 10 minutes later.
