Been coming for years. Staff are such an asset; they always make you feel as if you are a treasured person. As this is a space for healing, feeling seen and cared for is so important. I loved my time at the Hydro — lovely staff, fire places, shared lounge and beautiful healing spaces. I did feel however that things were perhaps a bit dated: my room felt like its from the 80s which I was not expecting for the price point I was paying. Food was lovely, but could be slightly elevated — a plain full bowl of oats with no elevation I haven't seen since Koshuis days.
