I ordered and was late to pickup, I tried calling them, no one picked up. When I went my order wasn't there , when enquired the guy in the counter was so rude and wasn't ready to listen what I was saying , instead asked me from which country iam and treatsme as if I came to claim the food which I dint pay for. Ridiculous ! Worst service.
In the meantime, other customers were coming in, placing their orders at the kiosk, and receiving their food before she could even take my order at the register. When I pointed this out, she simply told me that I needed to wait because they were busy and suggested I use the kiosk. I reminded her that I didn’t have a card to pay at the kiosk, only cash. She replied, "I'm sorry, but I can't take your order at the register right now; we’re busy with app and kiosk orders, so you’ll have to wait." Then she mentioned that the register was not working. HUH? After waiting for nearly ten minutes, I was frustrated that she hadn’t communicated this to me from the start or put a sign on the register saying "OUT OF ORDER, PLEASE USE KIOSK." Even though I doubted the register was actually broken, it was clear that she didn’t want to take my order at the register. I used to visit this place for its convenience, but I won’t be returning. A paying customer should be valued regardless of how they choose to place their order—whether it's via an app, a delivery service, a kiosk, or cash at the register. Customer service should never make a paying customer feel pressured to order in a way that suits the business best.
I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. They consistently mess up my orders. Often, when I order a coffee with a donut or sandwich, they only give me the coffee and claim that I didn’t order a sandwich. If that’s the case, why am I being charged so much? A coffee now costs around $8! It feels like they are trying to take advantage of customers by charging for food but not actually providing it.
I really enjoy this place. Occasionally, they seem unprepared for large crowds, but when it's not too busy, they do a great job.
