The employee informed me that they were out of donuts, which annoyed me, so I remarked that they shouldn’t have thrown them out before closing time. After a sarcastic comment from her, I decided to leave. As I drove away, the young blonde worker had the audacity to give me the finger while leaning out of the drive-thru window. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should result in her termination. If my daughter acted that way, I would be embarrassed. Such a typical display of immaturity.
It's 5:26 PM as I write this. My coworker and I were on a break and wanted to grab one of the hot white chocolate drinks. However, the door was locked, and when we knocked, the employee inside glanced at us and then hid behind the counter. The open sign was still lit, but the doors remained locked. This is an incredibly poor way to handle customer service. I even called to ask why the door was locked, but the employee invented an excuse and then hung up on me. The service was terrible, and it's clear that the employee was simply lazy and unwilling to help.
I had the longest wait I've ever experienced at Funko Donuts. The team preparing the hot food really seemed off their game. I waited about 30 minutes for a sandwich and hash browns. Come on, get it together, everyone!
Pleasant staff but they didn't know a good recommendation for an iced latte. Ended up with an iced coffee with flavor shots and no milk. Added creamer when I got home.
I used to come here every morning on my weekends. As of recent, I am done. Even with 3 cars in drive thru, it takes 20 minutes. Donuts get stacked upside down in the bags, my coffee (a basic iced vanilla latte with light ice is somehow incorrect EVERYtime (how do you mess up something so basic??? . Today, my food was burnt like to a black crumbly crisp. The prices areoutrageous for the quality of food and service. $11 for a sandwich and a latte. The drive thru guy also looked at the screen andtried to hand me someone else?s order? at this point I?m not sure what would save this place. The workers move at a snails pacedespite seeing the wait times or busy lobby. Better training? More incentive? More discipline? I don?t know but I hope itchanges because I prefer Dunkin coffee to Starbucks *edit* today, my entire order was botched. Instead of an iced latte I wasgiven an iced coffee. The donut was completely wrong. The sandwich was missing egg. Meanwhile I waited 20 minutes in the lobbyafter doing order ahead thinking it would help the problem. Starbucks will be getting my money from now on
