I Heart Mac Cheese - Westfield

Cute concept for Mac and cheese lovers! The mango habanero sauce has a nice kick to it for you spice lovers. Tater tot base is delicious too. Upbeat vibe, clean and friendly staff. They have Vegan options too. The portion was generous.Kid-friendliness: Very spacious. Great for kids!

$50 for an annoying mechanic drone, two workers who seemed actively annoyed that I was there, my preferred drink was out, my food was room temperature, I was interrupted when I tried to say my order, the bread behind the counter looked moldy, my order was wrong, and it was served hastily slopped down the side of an oversized takeout box.I want my money back.I love the concept, and the menu is great, but every aspect of implementation is being botched.Dietary restrictions: There's gluten free pasta, but it was served under done and room temperature.

This was...not a good experience. The servers were not polite or professional and there was a mistake in our order; the ambiance was poor with no music, only a loud vent or a/c to set the mood; the portions were too small and too skimpy on the add ins for the price we paid, and it didn't even satisfy my craving for the cheesiness of mac and cheese.I was so happy to see that this place had reopened and now I'm just really disappointed.

Food is really good but they were out of tater tots and the tomato soup. 7/10

Great place to eat in Westfield. Staff, food, restaurant, and even pricing for what you get are great. Everything looks good and smells really good. I had the Best of Both Worlds sandwich and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming here more.
