We love going there every Friday night. Excellent food, original atmosphere, music, Merf wine and its specialties. The best wedge salad, with homemade blue cheese dressing. Patsy, it's so nice and just a good host. We have a favorite dessert to die carrot cake. The waiting staff are personnel. It is best to make reservations as well. We love this family restaurant - great atmosphere

The food is always very good and, in our opinion, Pasta Italiano is one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Last night we met a slight problem with a takeout order and the answer of the owners was incredible. Not only were they very reactive to make things right, they went beyond and beyond. It is obvious how much they care about offering their customers and their desire not only great food but great service. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants excellent food and service as well as a personal note from local owners that differs a lot from many of the chain restaurants in the Indianapolis area.

Besides their food ALWAYS to be delicious, they have the best staff EVER!! They went completely out of their way to put my husband and I on New Year's Eve eve, although we had no reservations. They were well booked, but they offered us a table if we could quickly dine. We agreed. Pasto Italiano is nothing but 100% CLASS!!! Your meatballs and caps are heavenly!!

Absolutely delicious Italian cuisine and super friendly staff make this place a hidden gem. We were able to get a seat right away without a reservation on a Saturday night. The menu isn't huge, but they had multiple specials that aren't on the menu. I went with a classic favorite, lasagna, and was very impressive. Possibly some of the best lasagna I've ever had. Our waitress was nice and attentive as well, and it was pretty cool to have to owner come over and check on us as well. Definitely a great spot to check out for any Italian food lover.
