Dunkin' Donuts - Westford

Thia has improved so much in the last few months! The girl who works there in the afternoons, who also used to work at the golf dunks in North Chelmsford, is amazing! She actually remembered my order from the other place and is always so friendly.

I really dislike writing negative reviews. I appreciate that my orders are always ready on time, but for some reason, the lattes consistently taste burnt and watery. They lack the rich espresso and nutty flavors you would expect; instead, they just taste like something scorched mixed with water. I’m not sure what’s going wrong, but other places don't have this issue.

This place has made significant improvements in recent months. The staff is fantastic, always getting our orders correct and remembering them. The only downside is an older lady who can be quite rude in the mornings. Other than that, it's definitely the best Dunkin' around!

Real clean business with friendly workers. Coffee was loaded with sugar: spoke with manager he made it right and gave me a free donut for the mix. I love this place.
