I’ve been here a few times and have been impressed. Great care around allergies. The shift leader was congratulating and praising her team. Of course, the burgers were great. I went in and I ordered a takeout order for a little cheeseburger and a regular fries. The lady who I think is a manager with the tattoos all over her face always shorts me on the fries that I order no matter how what the size is. I am so sick of this happening. I am so incredibly pissed. Do your job and stop get my order right. Or else I want to take my business elsewhere. Five Guys do better and hire some competent workers. My recommendation go at night to get a real order and cuz the people at night tend to get their order right better than this stupid tattooed woman who clearly works the lunch shift. I am never going here again.

I had a long wait on Friday for my DoorDash order—it took 25 minutes to get my food. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 5.
