Darrell's Of Sulphur - Westlake

After exploring several dining options on Yelp in the area, we decided to try Sausage Link, and we're so glad we did! It’s some of the best sausage I've ever tasted. We ordered the Sausage on a bun, Pistolette, Shrimp Po-Boy, Boudin Ball, and a Boudin link, and everything was absolutely delicious! Each dish was packed with flavor. It's clear why so many locals frequent this place—it’s truly exceptional. They also offer a wide variety of meats in their large walk-in refrigerators, including stuffed pork chops, stuffed chicken, ground beef, and all kinds of sausage (like Boudin and Andouille). Plus, they even deliver via UPS! We took home four packages of their sausage, and I can't wait to try them.

As soon as you step inside, the aroma is incredible. There’s plenty of seating, and the interior is comfortably cool. It’s easy to place a to-go order or stay for a meal, and the staff is friendly. The menu offers a variety of options, all made fresh and tasting fantastic.

Everyone I know and work with adores this restaurant! I bring back the boudin to Texas almost every weekend! The hot sauce is exceptional as well! I absolutely love their po'boys, and I rarely have any complaints. It’s truly top-notch home cooking!

This is my absolute favorite place, wonderful service, wonderful people, exceptional food! If you haven't been here, you're not in Louisiana!

Went in for lunch on a Saturday. Forgot that there weren't plate lunches on the weekend, but went ahead and ordered the Ribeye and Grilled Shrimp Combo. The lady at the register was very nice and when I was struggling to figure out how to order sides that wouldn't ruin my diet, she suggested I get double salad which worked out perfectly. The ribeye wasn't all that, but the Shrimp were awesome. Beautiful size, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. They were so tasty, I was left wanting more. Next time I will just order the large grilled shrimp dinner and skip the steak.
