Fresh Thyme Market - Westlake

The store was clean, but I found many items to be overpriced. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me for the first twenty minutes, even during an employee meeting. Additionally, several shelves were not stocked, and the convenience section was lacking; there were no take-home items available. Many of the advertised sale items were also out of stock. Since I hadn’t visited this store since it opened, I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. I think I’ll stick with Costco! I spent $98 for just two bags of items!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the prices are quite high. The bread is $2.00 more than at other establishments, and I've encountered some fruit that was overripe. I'm left wondering if they rotate their stock or if they simply sell outdated produce. Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, as they can come across as unfriendly.

I went to the deli to place an order on Monday 9/5 at 12:35. Two women behind the counter actively avoided any eye contact or acknowledgment for over 5 minutes. I finally asked if there was another way to order thinking maybe they do not take counter orders. The one worker said no they were really busy and had 4 orders in front of me. Okay maybe put up a sign saying you can’t take orders but don’t avoid and waste other people’s time waiting. At 1:20 my order was still not ready and I left. Last time at this store. Terrible customer service. I’ve watched other delis whip out 4 orders in less than 10 minutes. If you need deli meet I recommend Hynienns or Whole Foods much better experience.

Fresh Thyme consistently offers the finest selection of fruits and vegetables. Their meat is affordably priced and of excellent quality. If you haven't visited yet, I highly recommend checking them out!

Love this store but cashiers are too worried about talking put 3 cartons of eggs on bottom of shopping cart and all groceries on top of them. Puts heavy containers orange juice and milk in with bread of course smashed !
