Hollywood Burger - Westlake

We really enjoy coming here for lunch on our lunch break. They are quick, but not too quick. And the food is always fresh. Only items that haven't been too good are the chicken nuggets. But the burgers are worth the trip!

When looking to satisfy my cravings in areas (that I 'm not too familiar with) I always turn to yelp and filter by distance and ratings. Thankfully, yelp pointed me in the direction of what I would refer to as a hole in the wall. In arriving at the front counter, I made sure to inform the lady that I needed a moment to look over the menu because I had never been there before. After looking over the menu, I decided to just inform her of what exactly it was that I was looking for and she was very helpful and patient. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my meal. Now, I don 't know if the ticket correctly reflected her name but, for what it 's worth, Thank You very much for your help and assistance Ms. Crystal J! As for the atmosphere, it was very relaxing and peaceful and I will definitely be back! If anyone is looking for a great, fresh burger and a calm lunch break, ya 'll should definitely give them a visit!

First time back after the original owner sold the business. Won't be back. Fries were cold and hard. The meat in the burger cooked way too long, no flavor and tough. Too bad, as the previous owners served great food and very tasty burgers. Won't last long.

Regular visitor here. Something is different. The grilled chicken sandwich which I always order was not good. It seemed cooked throughout but had a taste and smell of raw chicken. I could not eat it. The side salad was also all white iceberg with one carrot slice. This is not the same Hollywood burger. New ownership? Will try again in a few weeks to see if it gets better.
