Panini's - Westlake

I’ve been going there for years due to the outside patio. The food has always been mediocre at best. Tonight we went there and ordered a couple of beers. The waitress never asked if we wanted a tall or short. She came back with two short beers. When we got the bill we were charged for tall beers. When we questioned the waitress she said yes those were talls. I’ve been there a 100 times and they clearly weren’t talls. We questioned the bartender a she was rude and acted annoyed we were asking. We won’t be back. Not the first shady thing that’s happened to us up there. We won’t be back.

We waited for over a half an hour! No service no water nothing! Managers need to step up game!

Beginning to tire with disappointment it used to be so much more.

Sat at the bar, had salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was tough and tasteless. Barmaid seemed to cater more towards the men. All she did was talk about how hung over she was.

Please be aware that on any night with a band starting after 5 ..you will be charged extra for your food on a limited menu and all your drinks..and forced to pay each tab immediately or pay 20% gratuity..these bands are not free! You have been warned!
