Mcdonald's - Westland

I ordered a little frit, a few nuggets and a strawberry shaker. not only the Shake machine worked (lol) but I got a big frit instead of the little ones I ordered, and they were the best order of mcdonalds pries I ever had. so fresh! the same with the nuggets, thanks for the great lunch!

If you ever stop at a McDonald's on Ford Rd, make sure it's this one. The one further down the road is absolutely horrible. Slow service, rude employees. This one however seems good so far. Hopefully not owned by the same person or I'll boycott this one too. ?

The ceiling was pouring water right in the entry, also leaking out of a light fixture. The staff had made management aware. Come on McDonald's, your customers and your employees deserve MUCH better!

Normally my experience is good and accurate; however this particular time, I received the wrong order. The wrapper around the 2 sandwiches were the same. When I unwrapped them I had 2 different things..but I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches dry. bother had sauces on them..smh

Worst customer service ever, force you to use kiosk but kiosk won't let you make your sandwich the way you want, so we ordered from counter, manager acted like he was moving the world for us. Then they still made the sandwich wrong. Attitude of both managers is ridiculous. If they worked for my company they would be demoted and retrained in how to deal with customers. Or fired. They should not be working in customer service period
