Boston Pizza - Westlock

I was not impressed with the Boston Pizza I recently visited in Boston. The food was mediocre and the portion sizes were smaller than other Boston Pizza locations I have been to. The prices for drinks were also surprisingly high.

The waitress and manager were friendly, but unfortunately they couldn't make up for the poor experience. The 1-star rating is solely due to the chef's lack of effort. The food seemed to be reheated in the microwave, giving it a disappointing and unimpressive French twist.

It's been a long time since I was with every bp. our server was excellent to answer all my questions. the food is still delicious. the drink card has changed. I guess they're trying to keep up with other restaurants. it is always good to change, but keep the menu simple and not overcrowded.

Always great eating at this westlock location!. I have eaten at many bp’s in whole canada. I find this Westlock location to be the most consistent to food quality. they have often been here and tried several different menu points, from pizza wings, salads to the ducks and have no complaints. always a good meal and for the greatest part good service.

Yum I've been going to westlock almost every time id. for the time I had eaten here, I might have had one time where they made a mistake on the order, but mistakes happen, and I will not automatically judge and reject them if it should not happen more often. Since I used to work in the food industry, and I know that people can make mistakes and I can sympathize. I was always happy with eating, always fresh and tasty. I like boston pizza here more than in st. albert. my favorites on the menu need the Thai bites, pfefferoni pizza, huhn fattyuccini alfredo, 7 cheese ravioli, and the chocolate explosion cake.
