Bo De Vegetarian Food - Westminster

What an incredible experience with vegetarian Vietnamese food! We drove from Pasadena to Orange County just for lunch because everyone raved about Bo De, and they were absolutely right. The owner, David, is extremely friendly. Every dish we ordered was fantastic—generous portions, clean, and, of course, incredibly delicious. We will definitely be returning. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this spot during my trip to Orange County. It’s like a vibrant take on the renowned B Jurits Tâm Chay! They offer an impressive variety of Vietnamese dishes from different regions, and everything I tried was delicious. They also have options for takeout, including unique items like yuba skin intestines and stuffed tofu. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable.

I've been coming here since it opened, and it’s truly the place I chose when I returned to the restaurant business. I’ve never had a bad meal here. I appreciate the way they train their employees, from the front of house staff to the busboys, servers, and chefs. They have a clear vision for both the food and the business as a whole. As a cook and baker, I’m particularly fond of their Eggs Benedict. It's a classic dish, but not everyone does it well, and they definitely do. It’s always an excellent choice, especially on a cloudy June morning. My server, James, was exceptional—not only was he attentive to me, but I also saw him interact wonderfully with other guests. He really knows how to make everyone feel special! I love sitting by the window in the corner, and it's the little details and consistent quality that keep bringing me back day after day. They used to be next to the Asian Garden Mall. Your new location here is better than easier to find parking. I came on Saturday noon, most of their cooked dishes were sold out. I ordered 3 of the finished boiled items (Bitter Melon, Tofu with lemongrass and Sour Soup), and from their menu I ordered the spring roll and Ban Xeo. I thoroughly enjoyed all their 5 dishes.

The food here is AMAZING! So full of flavor. I can't wait to try every single food on the menu. I've been here only twice and ordered different dishes every time. The owner is also very friendly and the entire staff too. If you're here for the first time or you're planning to come, don't hesitate like I did for a long time. Just do it! If you are vegetarian, you like Vietnamese food, you like to eat, and you like flavors, this place won't disappoint. Eating here is like an adventure. I love it. PS. This place is cash only.
