Carl's Jr. - Westminster

I was charged twice on my $30 card. It takes three days just to get in touch with someone who says they'll look into it. When they speak to supervisors and the district manager, Debbie G., it feels like I'm interrupting her. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and keep telling me to reach out to my bank, even though it was Carls that overcharged me. They need to resolve this and refund my money, or I’ll escalate the issue as far as I can.

I had the Christmas Man Daring sandwich, and it was fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, the meat was tender, and the green chile added an excellent touch. This was my first visit to this location in Westminster, and I really enjoyed it.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and noticed that their Big Fish sandwich has really shrunk in size. Just look at how small the container is! It would be nice if they at least filled it up completely or tossed in something extra, especially considering how much they’ve cut back. It’s disappointing. If you look closely, you can see that there's more broth than actual patty in this meal. While it might be better than some other fast-food chains, the portions are definitely smaller than before, and the prices are climbing, which is pretty outrageous for such a little serving. I remember when I used to get coupons for this place in the mail and via email, making it worth the visit. Now, even the containers seem thinner, leaving you with even fewer fries. You’ll notice how they taper at the front, back, and sides, which just highlights how stingy they’ve become.

Eating was great. the customer service is always great. that works in the morning/afternoon needs a second person. I had to go a few times because she has a full drive through and several people wait to command. she is literally a person and that is hard to cheer. I like this situation better than the one on the beach, so I'm back, but it would be nice if she had something to help speed up the process.

Carl 's Jr has really fallen in the past couple years. I came through for their budget spicy chicken sandwich and a big burger and it was over $12. I could 've had way better quality sit down at a restaurant for that much. Combos are all over $10 now and this site didn 't have any sauces at the time. I would skip this and go sit down at a decent restaurant for about the same price. Even if you in a hurry and need to grab something from a drive thru, there are far better options for this price.
