Feedback gevenAt 18:30 by the way. the restaurant was not busy, but the communication with the casser was a big fight. the customer service was bad, slightly rude. I ordered an icy caramel macchiato. to my unpleasant surprise I was finished in 15 sips, it was almost 3/4 ice filled. fortunately the interaction and order was a success otherwise! my party ordered a total of 7 drinks and the entire waiting period after order was less than 5 minutes. I give 2 stars because the other 6 drinks were sufficient.
I met a staff(Asian girl who is ordered my food. I waited for her for almost half an hour to made an order, while the order was only 3 items: . I asked her about my order because it took too lond but she ignored me and continued with another customer, while I am the one who came before the orther customer. That Asian girl not professional. Her attitude was very bad and made me feel like I'm being despised. .I didn't know what was happened with you but I hope you don't be so rude to others. Also, I hope the owner should deliberate her attitude because this is not a first time the restaurant treats me like that.
Their policy of only offering muffins in the morning hurts their business.Avoid this place if you like Coffee Cake Muffins.
I come a lot and it's good but some dumbo left paper in my breakfast sandwich I could of choked if I didn't notice it
Employees refused to let me use the restroom. It was 6:30 am, no other customers in the store. I was having a feminine emergency and the employees refused to open the restroom for me. They insisted it was for employees only and that I needed to find somewhere else. Absolutely no compassion.I hope no other woman ever has to experience the shame and humiliation I experienced this morning at this Dunkin Donuts location.
