Dunkin' - Westminster

Ordered a coffee online for picking up inside and when I closed the inside. So I'm waiting for an hour in the drive and when I get that window, they're trying to pour me a coffee that sits so long that the whole cold foam was gone. I asked them to regain that they only come out of hazelnut. how does it make an hour coffee? fast eating places are even faster. I will not spend my money on this place again!

What a joke. Ordered 5 items from DoorDash and only got 2 items that were correct. Was missing 2 of the 5 items and one of the items was so incorrect that it blows my mind. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and received a bagel with cream cheese. The receipt that they taped to the bag even states everything, but of course no one pays attention.

Dunking Donuts is always out of Donuts waited 35 minutes in line to pull up and be asked what we ordered and if we paid. Also to make things worse the lobby was closed. This location needs to get their stuff together.

Received wrong items. After calling to let them know we were coming back to get a corrected order, the blame game began. Stating they didn’t gave what I ordered and the person taking the order should have explained it. Which he did not. When asking for chocolate glazed I received chocolate cake, I was informed there’s a picture on there I should’ve known what I was getting. Tone of voice is everything! I will not come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I love this Dunkin! Great products and the staff makes the experience 'top notch. ' Kudos to whoever is doing the training. No matter who mans the window, or what time of day, I find them pleasant and polite. I love their refreshers!
