For the ready to go foods (behind the glass), two items with rice is $6 and three items with rice is $7. Please note that the ready to go items aren't hot, so make sure you have a microwave safe plate/bowl if you like your food hot.
Didn’t try the food. Kinda felt too cluttered and had a weird vibe. Maybe it’s a nice christian group doing great things???
I usually never give the time to write a review but dang does this place have So much good and on-point vegan Vietnamese food!! I brought some to my mom 's and she couldn 't tell that there wasnt meat in the banh bot loc (banana leaf wrapped tapioca flour with shrooms and veggies) or banh it tran (mochi-like ball stuffed w mung bean and veggies). She was surprised and enjoyed it because the banh bot loc 's dough was super soft! Not super chewy or firm like those vietnamese food to-go joints! The banh it trang dough wasnt thick and the filling was delicious. The fish sauce was as good as it gets for being vegan though not as strong and flavorful as actual fish sauce of course. I also got the chap chae and sautéed chicken which were delicious. They sell cartons of chicken broth there and out of curiosity, i asked The lady who packaged my food why when their food is vegan. Im not vegetarian or vegan but love the food. She said because it is whatever their vendors give them to sell. She advised to try their sesame donut next time and boy, will I!
Delicious food at reasonable prices, combo portion is very filling. I have no idea what other reviewers say about bad service. They've only been friendly both in person and on the phone orders. I also like that eating here is good karma as they help the homeless.
I ordered to-go spring rolls from here. They have the best price around. Service is friendly when order over the phone. The business goal is to provide food for the homeless so any purchase would go directly into doing good deed.
